A fascinating conversation with renowned family psychotherapist and author, Dr. Richard Hogan and CyberSafeKids CEO, Alex Cooney, about how we can create, model and embed healthy digital habits in our home.

Our 7th Annual CyberBreak took place on
Friday October 16th 2026

Ready to switch off and reconnect?
