Friday, October 18th, 2024, will be our FIFTH CyberBreak!
For CyberBreak, we ask families across Ireland to completely ditch their smart devices for 24 hours, from 5pm on Friday, 18th Oct, to 5pm on Saturday, 19th Oct, 2024.
CyberBreak is open to families, schools, and companies as a fun, interactive way for kids, parents, teachers, and adults to reflect on how much time they spend online and to promote a healthy online and offline balance. It's also a good opportunity to just take a break from the online world and 'disconnect to reconnect'!
To access our resources, including a CyberBreak timetable, classroom activity ideas, and short talks from family psychotherapist Richard Hogan on the benefits of taking a digital break, sign up your school now.
So, how do you get involved?
